For customers’ convenience, SewFine Cabinets accepts the following payment options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Debit Card (with credit card logo). You may simply add products to your cart by selecting the ‘’Add to Cart’ option. By selecting “My Cart” at the upper right of any Moore’s page, you will be taken to your virtual shopping cart so that you may view and edit items in your cart, view taxes and estimate shipping charges. Select “Proceed to Checkout” and you will be sent to a SSL secured page so you may enter your payment information.
Credit Card Payments
For customers using credit cards, for your safety and security, SewFine Cabinet requires that you include your Name (as it appears on your card), account number, expiration date, and Card Verification Number (CVN). The CVN is a 3-digit number printed on the back of your (Discover, Visa, MC) card. It appears after and to the right of your card number. The American Express verification number is a 4-digit number printed on the front of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number.
Your cabinet will be shipped via LTL carrier on a pallet to your location. Once your cabinet order has been processed for shipping and picked up by the carrier you will receive an email confirmation with the carrier and tracking number for your order. The carrier will contact you to schedule an appointment to drop off the cabinet at an agreed scheduled time. The carrier is not allowed to drop off the cabinet any further than your front driveaway and cannot take the cabinet into your house or garage. If you are not available when the carrier attempts to deliver the cabinet at the pre-arranged time and the cabinet needs to be rescheduled, there will be redelivery and storage fees that the customer will need to pay prior to the cabinet being redelivered. If once the cabinet is in transit and needs to be re-routed for any reason the customer will be responsible for any re-routing fees. Rural areas that are not accessible for LTL delivery may require that you pick up the product at the carrier’s shipping location.
When the cabinet arrives, you will need to inspect it immediately for damage. If there is no damage, sign for the cabinet indicating that the cabinet was received in new condition. If there is damage, please contact us at 1-800-865-9664 ext. 116.
Once a cabinet has been signed for as delivered, there are no returns on cabinets. If the customer refuses the cabinet upon attempted delivery, all freight charges and a 30% restocking fee will be deducted prior to any refund(s) being given. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process.
If the customer directs the freight company to deliver the cabinet without inspecting it or providing a signature, the cabinet will be deemed delivered as new and damage free and is not subject for replacement or return.
